FAQ
Do I need a subscription or a box?
No for your network printers: Odoo talks to them with IPP or on port 9100. Only PrintNode, optional, has its own subscription.
My Odoo is on Odoo.sh or in the cloud. Does it work?
The cloud server cannot see your office printers: use PrintNode, installed on a computer of the office.
Do I need Odoo Enterprise or an IoT Box?
No. Community and Enterprise, on-premise and Odoo.sh.
Where to buy it, and for which versions?
On the official apps.odoo.com store, for Odoo 18, 19 and 20, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or on your own server. Odoo Online does not accept third-party apps. E-mail support included.
