FAQ
Are the copies deleted?
No, they are archived by default and listed in the history.
Can I merge contacts that have accounting entries?
Yes, the entries move to the kept contact. Contacts linked to a user are refused.
Who can merge?
The Duplicate manager group (administrators have it). Other users only see the warnings.
Where to buy it, and for which versions?
On the official apps.odoo.com store, for Odoo 18, 19 and 20, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or on your own server. Odoo Online does not accept third-party apps. E-mail support included.
